（一）Cage

Cage size 330x205x180mm，Including 4 parts: plastic box, box caper, stainless steel mesh lid and water bottle.

•  Plastic box

Size 330x205x130mm，Can breed 4-7 pcs of 20-30g mice，meet GB 14925-2010《Laboratory animal Environment and facilities》 ,and the standard of laboratory animal welfare.

•  Polyphenylsulfone（PPSU）Plastic resin, temperature resistance :180℃，can take at least 500 times of 30 minutes 134℃ sterilization without deformation.

•  Free fall from 1m height without damage.
  

Cage cover: including outlet filter media, sealing rings, air life window, inlet valves, card seat and clips et

1 .Sealing rings in the frame of the cage cover can ensure the box and cover are sealed well without any leak. The sealing ring can be autoclaved together with the box cover.

2 .On the top of the cage cover, there is air life window. The air life window is connected to the outside environment. There is seal pressure slot on the 4 sides of 0.2µm PTFE HEPA filter membrane, the filter membrane can be cleaned by water washing, high temperature sterilization. It can supply urgent air, avoid choking animals in case of power outage.

3 .There is self-closing metal valve installed at the mouth of the bottle cap. When take the bottle cap out, the self-closing metal valve can close automatic at once, it can insure the tightness of system.

4 .wearing part:( Clip, label card) is made by high-temperature resistant engineering plastic Nylon, they can accept high temperature fumigation together with cage.

5 .If take the cage out of the rack system, the inlet and outlet valves can closed automatic soon, the connect of valves and rack system is designed in Non-intrusive structure, inlet and outlet valves not link to the inside of the cage, which can ensure the Clean environment inside cage.

6 .There is an metal filter mesh on the outlet place, it can protect the air Outlet. It can prevent the padding, feed particles and animal fur in the cage from being sucked into the air exhaust pipe, ensuring the smoothness of the cage exhaust system.

A. Stainless steel cage lid

304 Stainless steel, acid and alkali resistance, no rust.

Integral grid structure, steel wire φ 1.6-4.0mm, the welding spot is uniform and bright after electronic chemical polishing.

There is no burr or sharp angle at the contact of animals or personnel, and there is no jamming of animal toes.

B. Water bottle

Outside water bottle, capacity 250ml，with liquid level scale, PPSU material, the bottle cap is made of medical silicone soft seal, and the bottle cap is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is not leaking or dripping, and the surface is smooth and burr-free.

（二）Rack

1) Size：1790×500×1900mm Cage number：8layer×8row=64cages

2) Material of rack：SUS304 stainless steel, laser cutting and opening, accurate size；

3) Inlet tubes can be taken out for washing or sterilization, it is easy to be cleaned, Machine washable and autoclaves;

4) The air inlet and exhaust nozzle assembly is fixed and installed by rotary bayonet, which is convenient for quick disassembly, cleaning and disinfection；

5) The air inlet and exhaust nozzles of the cage box and cage frame are non-intrusive structures to avoid animal infection

6) The vertical and horizontal positions of the cage are marked with A、B 、C、D、and 1、2、3、..，Never fade, easy to manage and record the experimental cage。

7) The cage guide rail is made of ABS engineering plastic and has the indication of cage installation in place (The cage box that is not in place has a red indicator to remind
